Rob Broadhurst, born in the Lake District, is a painter with over 30 years art experience. He received his first art award in 1978 and has continued to paint and study art since then. His landscape paintings have their foundation in his love of the Lakeland Fells, where he spent much of his childhood with his family exploring the spectacular surroundings and climbing many mountains. As a new venture Rob is also developing his watercolour and ink paintings depicting cityscapes. These being painted in a contemporary style including vibrant night scenes.
